Sub-Processors
DropHammer™ Technologies LLC uses the following third-party sub-processors to provide and operate the Service. By using DropHammer, you consent to the transfer of relevant portions of your Customer Data to these sub-processors for the purpose of providing the Service, as described in our Terms of Service (Section 8.8) and Privacy Policy.

Integration Partners
These services are connected only when you authorize the integration. Data is shared with these providers only to the extent necessary to provide the features you requested.

Data Handling Notes
- AI and voice synthesis sub-processors retain API inputs for a maximum of 30 days for abuse monitoring, after which they are deleted. These providers do not use your data to train their models.
- Twilio retains call recordings as configured by the account holder (default 90 days).
- Stripe retains payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements and applicable financial regulations.
- Integration Partners retain data in accordance with their own published privacy policies and terms of service. DropHammer synchronizes data with these services only while the integration is active.
Changes to This List
We will update this page when we add or remove sub-processors. If we add a new sub-processor that materially changes how your data is processed, we will notify you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
